Tonight, Husband and I watched part of Mermaids: The Body Found on Animal Planet.
The "evidence" presented in this "documentary" was clearly fallacious. For example, they claimed that mermaids look like this:
How stupid do these people think we are? Everyone knows what mermaids ACTUALLY look like:
I mean, duh!
Thus, I knew from the start the "mermaids" weren't real. But the crazy scientists interviewed in the documentary--surely those people are real? Surely they actually believe in mermaids?
Answer: no! They hired actors to play the scientists! I was very upset when I found this out; faking mermaids is one thing, but faking scientists? That's low, people. Very low.
I understand that this might be a difficult truth for some of you to accept, so here are a few sources that will confirm my story:
What is the world coming to? Next thing you know, Ancient Aliens is going to turn out to be a hoax.
